This is one problem!
The issue sounds more like a fueling problem, opposed to an idle control problem, as when you open the throttle you are adding extra air (Which is all the ISCV does) so it should raise the idle speed, the fact that it dies suggests it may be a little rich perhaps (Probably caused by the wrong injectors)
I would first change the injectors and go from there as you can't do anything until you have the correct setup to start with!
