Hi, iv had my s2 rs turbo off road for about 7months to tidy it up and sort few oil leaks etc etc

But now when I start it up first thing it runs like a bag of nails! As if the choke isn't kicking in . . . . As when its finally warm it runs much better and can be turned off and started again and runs ok if still warm . . . . Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what this is? As its due back on the road in a cpl of weeks, cheers for any help, Nick
