Xbox for me any day of the week, i own a PS3 slim as well which is only used for streaming lovefilm in a spare room, the PS3 has jammed up three times this week, more than the Xbox has all year! Plus PS3 seems to have constant console and games updates that take forever.

Plus I think the whole Xbox experience is just better, especially if you want to actually talk to your friends.
