Cambelt should have been done by now (100k iirc?) but clutches are a minefield in any car of that mileage,my guess would be if it drives ok and you don't abuse it too much it should last another 40-50k no probs.
Wouldn't really be put off by mileage on a big Audi,in fact it could play into your hands as the major works have most likely been done.
