as above ,its time to change the suspension in my escos ,it stock at the moment so want to change to a good shock and spring or coilover ,
after something thats good and will stick upto the lovely irish roads
but also something thats not goin to shake the car or me to pieces!!!

what would ye use or advise me to use??
also who or where would be worth looking for a good deal on a good kit!!
