We dont have an FPR but its easy to use either a Cossie or Fiesta Turbo item.

I found a couple of photos from when PhilM fitted a Fiesta Turbo fuel pressure reg to his Rover fuel rail:





Just needs two new holes drilling and tapping - very simple job, especially for a man of your talents!
