that looks really close to what i've made for mine only i didnt profile the out side of the head adaptor plate and mine aint tapped yet coz me m8 drilled all the holes clearance dohhhh!
so i'll heli-coil them to fix it.
Mine are both made out of 10mm plate is this the same as yours just i want to double check everything as i go so i dont have to remake anything at the last minute as it about to go in the car .
The reason the decompression plate was out, was because they are designed for the 2.0 as i took this up with them once i got mine as the 1.8 gasket wouldnt seal if i assembled it, so he told me to use the 2.0 gasket instead this might be why it was out?????
Any way on another topic i have been informed of a lad locally that put a 1.9 bottomend in his fiesta turbo and put cossie yellow injectors in too compensate but it was forever in and out of various rolling road bays getting the fuel pressure re-checked and re-adjusted and it would never run right .
eventually this was put down to the yellows being to big????
and being told that he needs pectel managment to get it to run right
does this sound feasable as i know of a 175 bhp xr2i that was running yellows and was a feature car in maxpower a few years back and its on the net somewhere and all it had done on the managment side of things was a superchip
so does it look like i need to get beige injectors and scrap off the yellows idea or do you think it will run as the yellows are only £20 and beiges are a little bit more expensive
also what is the limit of beige injectors in bhp???
