Where better to find an Escort Cosworth than a forum dedicated to them.

Ok here is what I am after...

My friend is getting married, July 27th in Warrington, I'm the best man and I'm trying to plan something a little special for him.

He's a Ford nut, and has always loved the Escort Cosworth. I'm looking for someone to play chauffeur for a single journey from his home to the venue (town centre - 3miles). Other than a photo of him and the car etc.. I would not expect the chauffeur to be waiting around (like a proper wedding car) .. This would just be a collection from home, drop off at venue with some photos .. thats it.

Now, I understand how dodgy this could be with this sort of request on a forum, so I encourage a meeting before this date, either at my home (warrington) or at a local pub if that is acceptable. This is a genuine request, and I would be wary myself if asked this on a forum.

I would of course pay for your time (neg. at meeting)

Car would have to be in a very good condition (can't see that being an issue if you own such a rare car). I would supply ribbon on the day to go from A-pillar to grill area.

There is a speed bump in the area where pickup will be required... I know what the snow plow front bumper is like so I'd like to make you aware before hand.
