I need to tweak/tune my engine abit release some more horses where to start i dont want to start doing engine swaps as its a low miles engine just looking at small tweak to get some extra power ??

the outer skin of the head gasket has gone so might Port and Polish while its off but after that im stuck for idea's

its a standard N/A flat diesel 1.8 r reg 55 van
