nar it hasnt got a restrictor... but its a "reputable" tuner thats done the work...

they advised him he needed a rebuild so he did....

still used oil,
then they re-conned turbo and said it was ok.... (charged again for this)

when he got home still useing oil...

ive got it at the min and theres no blue smoke when driving but you can smell the oil....
after driving for a few mins, if you drop a cog and GO for it.. big puff of blue/grey smoke and off ya go..

no smoke on start up at all,


anyway back to the restrictor... nope they never fitted one..... some GT28 conversions have got away with it... but i am sure its the turbo that using the oil....
