There are not many reasons for the oil on the header tank... Busted oil/water permutator, cracked block, cracked head, cracked turbo.

I had a problem when going for bigger pistons. When the cylinders where bore, because of some corrosion, there were some really small holes not visible to the naked eye that leaked water to the sump when hot.

Maybe someone can shed a light on this...
