Hi,

Had an accident in February which was my fault, I contacted the insurance the same day and admitted liability.

Weeks and weeks passed and last week i finally recieved a cheque for my vehicle, I had 2 passengers in my car who are both claiming against me. Now my question is can my insurance pay for my vehicle yet not agree to pay the passengers as they are both getting concerned with the lack of co operation from the insurance.
