Convince her to stick to LHD, I had an F150 Lightning a few years ago and was worried about the whole LHD thing, after a few drives I actually prefered it!! People say your viewing is limited, pulling out etc... but you're so high up (moreso in a F450 as well) that it will be fine!!! Awesome trucks though, loved mine although fuel was awful!!! Im in NYC at the mo and seeing all the trucks they have here makes me want to get another one!
