The sump bolts are not captive and even i they were its no problem to cut off the nut or drill out the thread and fit a normal nut and bolt. When i took the cat off mine it sheared off the bolts and replaced with new. A new CAT from ford will set you back £600+ a cheap cat replacment will lose you power, keep the standard one if you can as they are very efficient
