Hi Guy's I have a South African Sierra XR6 and it has the 3.0 Essex V6 that weighs 379lb and the German V6 2.8/2.9 weighs 305lb. I have coil overs and need to order springs and would like some information on what lb springs to go for. I fitted 220lb fron and 145lb rear on my Capri's but that was on normal legs and leaf's, My best mate has a Sierra with a 24V in and he has 350lb front and 300lb rears but as I said the cologne V6 is 74lb lighter than the Essex V6. I am using it on the road and the odd track day, so dont want it rock hard but would like it Driveable. Thanks PW.
