to clarify my point, i have the workshop all year round. the owner asks for 10 days labour in return. usualy general maintainance around his property. that's it, 10 days labour in return for full time occupation of workshop. i pay someone else to do the 10 days @ £100 / day so workshop only costs me £1000 / year all bills paid. if owner wants more than 10 days labour he pays my mate.
