Old bill should pick them up from it, most know exactly who the scum are, same old faces doing same old crimes, so nice clear video evidence should sort it surely?

Trouble is, they get sod all sentences, should be 10 years minimum, they are clearly no stranger to it. Get them off the streets and make others wonder if 10 years minimum is worth it.
