Hello to all, have noticed there are some clever people here so I hope someone can help me with a problem with my mondeo.
Car starts fine first turn of the key but is not firing on number 3 cylinder and the engine has a nasty shake at idle,the pots that are firing are giving excessive white smoke.

So far the tank has been removed and cleaned, new turbo,new fuel filter, replacement engine, injection pump that was tested before fitting, new injectors,crank sensor and new dmf but still no difference. Symptoms are the exact same as before any work was done at all. No check engine light flashing.

Any thoughts at all? All opinions welcome...
