Possibly, clean out the breather tank thoroughly till the water stops going yellow. Otherwise, might be your rings or stem seals maybe. Whole possible reasons. Having the breather at the cam cover isn't a bad thing, but the block needs to breath on both sides, so it would be ideal if you can open the port under the turbo up and have a pipe on the tank for that.
