Default 2002 st220 £1600

Seems to be an influx of these for sale at the moment lol, oh well. Mine is the lastest addition to the trend.
For sale is my Ford Mondeo ST220 hatchback in metallic stardust silver.

I have only owned this car for a short while and the only reason for sale is that i already have a Range Rover and im moving to within 2 miles of my work so just cant justify keeping it.

The car itself is in pretty good order considering the age/mileage. The only major defects are a scuff on the rear bumper and some damage to the rear seats as shown in the pics. Also the wheels are corroded as with most ST alloy wheels that you will ever see.

In my short ownership i have replaced the plugs for brand new genuine plugs and also changed the leads and coilpack to elimiate a slight hesitation under load. She runs drives and stops fine and you probably wouldn't notice but im an honest seller, if you change into 3rd gear aggresively there is a slight crunch.
This is a sign of a worn synchromesh. As i say, in normal day to day driving you would not notice and its unlikely to get any worse.

I have also changed the bulbs on the factory fitted xenons to slightly brighter 8000k bulbs. The windows also have a tint to them, brand new genuine mats fitted inside. There is also a k&n induction kit just to make that lovely V6 a bit more vocal.

Very well specced car including heated front and rear screens, climate control. Electric windows, auto dimming rear view mirror.Heated Recaro front seats in good condition, kenwood cd player fitted.

Has mot until november and i can tax it for 6 months at buyers expense.

3 previous owners and as you can see, a fairly good service history as well as a bottom end rebuild 3 years ago.

The price advertised is my lowest cash price. This is the cheapest ST220 for sale and is priced accordingly. A serious amount of car and pace for the money.

Just to add although one of the front washer jet covers is missing in the pic, i have since fitted a new one and also i have recently fitted poly bushes to the rear subframe.
