hi mate, i looked around my local area for months and drew a blank. managed to get an unused workshop 70' by 30' with a spray booth and it only costs me 10 days work a year. electric / water included. a local businessman running a garden centre had no need of it so that is the deal we came to. i pay a mate of mine £100 a day when there is work to do so £1000 per year. the owner pays my mate if more than 10 days needed. result. keep looking and you will find somewhere, but do as i did and don't just keep looking in the usual places.
