I have been ill, but i have been in contact with you and have been chasing the fob up with the post office for the last 3 weeks. Unfortunately there is nothing i can do about it if they have lost it and i have apologised - however because you are adamant that you want the fob instead of the money back thats why i have left it so long for them to give me an answer about what happened to the package but i will refund your money within the next 10 hours.

I sent of loads of parcels off however sticky's was the only one that got lost in tansit however everyone else was satisfied with the service.
