I've been reading this thread since it was posted and as I needed to lose some wieght.
I was 13st 6 and thanks to the salad diet 6 days and 1 treat day and some long walks with my partner, I'm now down to 12 st 7 in 3 weeks
I'm only 5 foot 8 and want to get down to about 11 1/2 st then start light weight toning work and dust my mountian bike off.
