Drops straight in on the same mounts as the 16v XR2i iirc and you reuse the BC or IB5 geargearbox. You'll need to swap over injection tank and lines etc. But it's all doable in a weekend.

Don't forget to make sure the brakes and suspension are also modified to cope with it all or it will end in tears.
