Default Focus ST170 Turbo projects, the beginnings

So... I bought myself an ST170 '04 with 42k in Black back in Nov last year and it's brilliant. But still I feel the need to play with it. I'm not looking for a track day monster or a straight line dragster, I just want a strong all round improvement.

First jobs i will be doing are 330MM KSport kit on the front, BC BR Coilovers (to level out that back end and lower a few MM all round), strut braces front and back, OZ Superturismo 18" in white, windows tints and getting all of the wear and tear marks out of the paint work and get her looking perfect.

My first questions are, the suspention bushes are probably not in the best of states (though feel good I don't think it's be long before there's a problem) the roads in South Oxfordshire are poor at best, what do people recommend for a strong replacement or improvement?

Is there much that can be done with the rear brakes? Do any manufactures do a kit for all 4 corners?

Are there any other suspension / chassis mods people would like to recommend? Ie anti roll bars etc...

After this is where the fun starts...

She will be getting a turbo, I'm not looking for anything too crazy, just enough to leave a Scoob WRX standing, which shouldn't be too hard.

I want any advice, or problem stories people have had. The main thing I would like advice on is what people have done with engine internals. I'm thinking of only going to 1 bar max on the turbo so I'm thinking just a decomp plate will be enough as the engine is pretty strong as it is.

What have people done with the VVT and what route have people gone down with engine management as a whole?

The other things are when the turbo is on I'm looking for a waste gate that does its job but doesn't scream look at the (I still want to hear enough to know its there and the same with the exhaust, a good growl but not a shout.

There's a nice long winded intro. I've done my research but there's nothing better than asking from people who have done it already. Thanks for any advice and help or comments people have.
