Looking back I regret opening up the exhaust port so much, although it was only opened mostly at the port mouth to match to exhaust manifold. Good improvements can definitely be made around the short side radius, and other areas around the back of the valve.

Also on the next head will have un-trimmed bronze valve guides on the exhaust side which will cope with high egt's a little better, the stock guides trimmed on the inlet do just fine.
