Ideally the 2 top ports on the Bailey tank should have 1 hose to where the kidney box was and 1 hose to the port underneath the turbo (which normally has a blanking plug fitted and you will need an adequate fitting to use as a breather). Then the smaller pipe under the Bailey tank should be a return to the sump (which you'll need to have boss welded onto the sump) and the larger one on the tank is to atmosphere. Then blank the breather on the cam cover.

You shouldn't have any problems if it's set up like that, if you do then there's a problem.
