I used to be into it for about 2 months and bought all the stuff, but now I don't really bother with it, maybe every 2-3 months i'll give the car a good going over, don't mind it on small cars but having a beemer and saph and to do it all properly can take almost a full day. Definately my favourite thing is Tardis followed by a clay bar to see the best results of your efforts, I honestly can't remember the last time I polished/waxed either of the cars though.
