Possibly, I guess he is a little vague in that respect.

Factory NB setups will use an almost generic voltage output vs AFR. However....they are only deemed accurate at 14.7:1, so ther really isnt any point trying to compare voltages/AFR's obtained outside of that as they are nowhere near linear.

Some Toyotas do convert a NB signal to a 0-5v output, but it is still a NB, and doubtful it is linear.

But again, there is no generic answer that xyz brand WB outputs 123v for 567 AFR

They are all different.
