You'd need to refer to your AEM instructions.
There is no generic answer. Most modern widebands output's are linear...but again, the only way to be sure is to check with the manufacturer. And most will use different voltages to represent different AFR's
One of the reasons why the Innovate stuff is handy. You can program it to output any voltage you like, for any AFR you like instead of being stuck with some shitty fixed scale.
