Im afraid i can't mate i haven't got the car anymore, sold it a few months ago!

My bushes came in two halves with a steel tube through the centre, which i assume was so the bushes were snug in their mounting and the tube stopped the chassis crushing them to the point where they stopped the arm moving.

Where the bush was, is there still a metal lip/hoop inside? If you don't get that out i think you'll struggle getting new ones in. It was easier to get the rubber to tear away from its metal outer than it was to get that out of the arm. Might be a simple case of a few mins with a hacksaw blade if the ring is still in yours?
