Thanks guys..well the escort seems far off but its not to far in reality..
Engine is being worked on as we speak and is now a tall block conversion based on martins old block,but with an mk motorsport girdle and dry sump..
The rods and crank are custom arrows and the pistons are are cosworth xe from an old indy car spec v8 turbo..
The engine is a work of art and that a massive thanks to mk motorsport for designing some mad shit!!!
It has super steel 25mm deck plate on the top of block with ultra strong steel wet liner conversion and of course his girdle block support with dry sump kit..
In my opinion this bottom end is the ultimate for strength and rod angle etc etc and is possibly good for the magic 1000 hp although its never going to be pushed that hard!!
Im hoping for 750 hp on pump fuel..
The chassis is coming good to with many mk trick stuff and completley wrc spec everywhere as well as trick tanks dry sump tanks rads and intercoolers..
I should have some time in the car before the years out and then hopefully enter into something next year..
Nearly forgot!!! it also has the awesome seanz sequential 6 speed gearbox now too with a wrc tripple plate clutch kit and geartronics paddle shift steering wheel with numatic shifter so this should speed my laps up a bit!!lol
