you got a set of cosworth rods that are good for 700 bhp for free
you will struggle to buy a better rod the same applies to the crank
unless you are changing the bore stroke ratio use your FREE COSWORTH bits
alright then let me word it better. how about forged H section rods. you'd still have standard over new forged ones?
