Lol!! yeah ive run a fair few engines in myself now!
I like to do about 2-3 very hot runs ie just ticking over then dump the shit oil and re fill with new shit oil and then i know the bigs and mains are pretty much run in..
Then i do say 100 miles with about 10 psi boost and 4k revs then 1 bar of boost at 4 k for another 100 miles then change the oil to something decent and 1.5 bar for 200 miles at 4.5k...
Then death!! with full boost!! it worked well for the last two cars i run in!lol
