Cant remember which previous thread i used but i need to know which seal is the First Motion Shaft Seal here is the diagram i got from ford

My fan wiring has just two wires i want to wire it up to spal fans so i do i just cut and splice them together? if so what way round? i would like to keep my override switch in as well for if im in heavy traffic any help with that to?
