Looks like a T34 to me too?

Is your actuator ok? I had the exact same cam/turbo combo as shown and mine came on boost at around 3500rpm. Even now with a larger .63 housing and the BD14 inlet its on full boost before 4000rpm.

If you want better response put a standard inlet cam in. You car also needs more boost IMO. Mine peaks at 32 psi and falls to around 25/26psi at the limiter (Live mapped by MSD)
