I wouldnt worry, them tig welds look pretty hot to me... Besides the weld is stronger than the parent metal and if done properly 2-3bar of boost pressure wouldn't pose a weld any threat whatsoever! When you consider compressor tanks are welded and run anything from 5-25bar!
