the thing is, the actuator has never been plumbed in, no pipes nothing, so its job was just to hold the penny closed which it was doing, but it must of been the exhaust pressure pushing it open slightly

got there in the end, gona have a play with the controller later to get my desired boost as im not keen on it spiking to almost 30psi else ill see a rod through the block
