There's no real point in them to be fair they aren't dust covers as they are on the wrong side to stop brake dust going on the wheels.
They are splash guards to prevent water going on the calipers and disc's but aren't really that effective anyway.
Unless you're going for a concours original underneath i'd just bin them off.
