Am sure someone will correct me but if the seals have gone in the turbo and there's excessive blowby into the intake system then that could possibly cause a misfire as it could have fukt the plugs up with oil damage. I'd take it to someone who no's what there doing before you start throwing money at it mate

got a new turbo lined up off ajc on here so will change that and see if that sorts it, just wonderd if couldve done any other damage,
