Puma inlet on ZS
Hello folks, I've got a question that seems to be asked a lot of times but never really gets answered, so here it goes again.
Is there any issues with idling with a 1.7 puma inlet manifold?
I have heard stories of it working fine, and also heard stories of a required remap to stop lumpiness.
I have currently fitted the inlet manifold, I'm just waiting on a few bits and bobs that I didn't know about to finIsh it off.
So just for clarification, to fit the manifold and make it work, you would need:
1.7 Puma inlet,
Puma Throttle body,
Puma vacuum hose to break master cylinder,
Puma throttle cable (or modify existing)
Custom made mounts to hold the fuel rail in place,
Puma TPS and matching plug.
Is there anything else that I am missing?
And if anyone has successfully done this on here...what should go in the large threaded hold to the left of the vacuum hose on the inlet?
Any advice would be grately appreciated.
Cheers
