You need to check you haven't knocked a common live loose while you have been working there, this would be likely seen as all of them have gone. That or the power feed has otherwise been lost, you first need a multimeter you can then start with basic tests, i.e. checking power and working backwards.

It is unlikely you have shorted anything seen, not only would it have been fairly obvious but the supply will be switched, in other words unless you had the ignition on at the time you were working there is no power present.

This is why with jobs that arn't directly related to electrics you should always disconnect the battery earth lead.

There is a legend on the back of the fusebox cover if ever you need to know a fuse location/number.

There won't be a relay for the blower supply.
