If using the original 4 speed gearbox all it needs is a custom D/S engine mount and a bit of extra wiring. Its not that difficult tbh, you need to make sure you have the fuel return pipe and tank too. Get yourself over to FiestaMK1.co.uk theres all the info you'll need there
