I crashed my saph cos 6 weeks ago , I had it towed straight from the crash to my house and it sat I'm my garage until they wanted to asses it they valued it at £5000 and wrote it off as a cat c I told them that no matter what they are not having my car the only problem was it was only insured for £3000 so they gave me the whole £3000 & I had to pay £600 excess and £600 to buy it back
