I'm totally torn between the two.

More ST TDCi's about, pleanty about around the £5000 mark on a 07 or 57 plate.
I love the way the ST looks and I love the MK3 Mondeo interior (I have no idea why).
The Mondeo already has good perfrmance at 8.5s to 60 and 135mph.
Then you have the injector and DMF issues.

But...
The 407 Coupe is a stunning looking car, but it's 1.9m wide.
The Coupe also has less common faults but it's 10.1s to 60 and 130mph is much slower then the Mondie.
There is also less of them around at the £5000 mark.


Hmmm...
I wish it was the easy to plonk a HDi in an ST

Something else wich is worrying me is that the Coupe will be a bottom spec model. although this comes with loads and loads of kit. The Mondeo will be top of the rage or there abouts.
