I had to pay £78 for the salvage on my twin turbo which was assessed as Cat C, they claimed the pre accident value was £720. I then had it re-assessed at a pre accident value of £3000 so they paid out a total in lieu settlement of £1300 which is what it cost me to repair. They also removed the Cat C and VIC check markers.
