Need help with my Clio DCI mk2.

What is the Renault official way to remove the ECU cover?

Having read some posts on the interwebs there is mixed opinion. Some come off real easy and others not.

People have suggested engine crane them out, which I have tried and it is stuck fast.

Tempted to get the angry grinder on it!
