I found the cheapest way to buy a set of 3dr wheels is to buy a set that are in concours condition - i payed £750 for a set with new T1r tyres on - if you break the cost of a referb'd set and tyres it's beyond buying a shit set and doing it that way.

As for locks, they used to be £25 per lock
