It's called the "SuperSportVan" and is just a fairly lightly modified version of the ordinary Sport Van. They're making comparisons by talking about the "Proper" SuperVan, but Ford aren't.
That engine is available in a Transit and if you wanted to, you could quite easily spec up your Transit to be like that. You're unlikely to build your own SuperVan III in your own garage!
A Transit with that 200BHP 5cyl Diesel would be a fair tool.
