An anle grinder blade, the thinner the better. Dont use a hammer and chissle, there are a few guides on the internet that tell you to use a sharp chissle and hammer through it, if you do it splits the sides of the teflon when it mashes it down before it cuts through it no matter how sharp, hard or fast you hit it.
